The injection moulding industry is faced with the challenge of making increasingly complex processes efficient. With its interactive assistant Aim4Help, the Wittmann Group is offering a solution that will be presented at Fakuma 2026 in Friedrichshafen. The chatbot aims to answer technical questions relating to injection moulding machines, robots and peripheral equipment quickly and efficiently.

Aim4Help is designed to provide direct support when quick help is needed in the injection moulding shop. A new feature is the ability to ask questions not only in writing, but also verbally. This function is particularly beneficial for international teams, as the assistant can reply in multiple languages. The chatbot is accessible directly from the control pages. Users simply scan a QR code with their smartphone or tablet to activate the assistant.

Extensive knowledge base

A standout feature of Aim4Help is its comprehensive knowledge base, which is based on numerous technical documents, error analyses and exclusive documents from the Wittmann Group. This knowledge base is continuously expanded to keep pace with every new development. The assistant offers round-the-clock support and can also help with entering process parameters or sequence programming for robots.

Live demonstrations at the Fakuma

Visitors to Fakuma 2026 will have the opportunity to experience Aim4Help live. At the Wittmann Group stand (Hall B1, Stand 1204), they can test the assistant's functionalities for themselves by using their own smartphones to scan the QR codes on the control pages of the injection moulding machines and robots, and direct their questions straight to the exhibited injection moulding machines and robots.
