BMS Maschinenfabrik from Pfatter, a company of the EOL Group, is presenting its latest end-of-line concepts at BrauBeviale 2026 in Nuremberg. Visitors can experience tailored systems that impress with high process reliability and flexibility. The focus is on a new development that processes up to 30,000 containers per hour.
At the BMS exhibition stand, a new development takes centre stage: the Unipack 2.0 top-loading packer can process up to 30,000 containers per hour and features an innovative concept for the infeed and outfeed. In contrast to conventional machines, the pack infeed and outfeed are on the same side, which improves access and significantly simplifies operation and maintenance.
Whilst the container table in conventional designs can only be reached via a crossover on the container conveyor, the Unipack 2.0 provides direct access from three sides, making operation and fault clearance noticeably easier. The compact head design also reduces the space requirement, thereby opening up new possibilities in layout planning – both for integration into existing systems and for new concepts.
„With the Unipack 2.0 we are solving a very practical problem for our customers: the cumbersome access during operation and maintenance. Even during the bidding phase, our new concept enabled a high degree of flexibility in layout design and provides our customer with significant added value during plant operation.“
Daniel Chmeliczek, Managing Director of BMS Maschinenfabrik
