Dr. Christian Korth will become the new CEO of the Linhardt Group on 1 November 2026. He will assume overall responsibility for the strategic and operational development of the corporate group and is expected to strengthen the group's international positioning and further enhance supply reliability and quality.
Christian Korth brings extensive leadership experience from technology and industry-focused companies. He has held various leadership positions at Zeiss since 2015. Since In 2018, he heads Zeiss Spectroscopy in Jena. UUnder his leadership, the company has strengthened its customer proximity through new business areas and established a clear growth strategy.
As a graduate in Industrial Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (formerly University of Karlsruhe (TH)) and holder of a doctorate from the University of Bayreuth, he has over 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology, industry, and strategic corporate management.
Continuity and further development
In May, Johannes Schick, who had previously held the role of CEO, left the company, and Stefan Honrich and Helmut Kohlmeier took over as interim co-CEOs. With the move to Korth, the aim is now to pursue a long-term strategic direction that builds on the company's existing strengths.
