At Labelexpo Americas 2026 in Chicago, EyeC will be showcasing a wide range of its print inspection technologies. Visitors will have the opportunity to experience current automated quality control solutions for the printing and packaging industry through live demonstrations. The focus will be on the new EyeC Proofiler Graphic Connect, the EyeC ProofRunner Web HighLight with AI-based defect classification, and the EyeC Proofiler DT.
A highlight of the presentation is the EyeC Proofiler Graphic Connect, a cloud-based prepress inspection solution. This platform allows for the inspection of print-ready files and step-and-repeat files, regardless of system and hardware. Through seamless integration into existing prepress workflows such as Hybrid Cloudflow or Esko Automation Engine, uniform quality standards can be flexibly and transparently ensured across multiple production sites.
AI-powered fault classification
Alongside its cloud-based solution, EyeC is also showcasing the latest developments in the EyeC ProofRunner inline series. The EyeC ProofRunner Web HighLight UHD, equipped with an 8K camera, utilises AI-powered defect classification to increase the speed, efficiency and precision of print inspection. In collaboration with MPrint, LLC, the company will demonstrate how the system enables fast and precise 100% print inspection whilst integrating seamlessly into the rewinders. Using EyeC Quality Link, visitors can see how press data can be used to assess roll quality at an early stage and avoid unnecessary production stoppages.
Offline inspection solutions
The trade fair stand is rounded off by the scanner-based offline inspection series EyeC Proofiler DT. These systems are specifically designed for applications with the highest quality requirements, as needed in the pharmaceutical industry, for package inserts or other safety-critical printed matter.
