Faller Packaging is reorganising its production structure at its Waldkirch headquarters. The company aims to consolidate manufacturing activities more strongly into one plant by mid-2028, thereby strengthening its competitiveness and securing the site's economic foundation, according to its own statements.
Faller Packaging is driving a company-wide transformation process. As part of this realignment, production activities at the Waldkirch site are to be gradually reorganised. According to the company, the aim is to simplify processes, use capacities more efficiently, and strengthen long-term competitiveness. At the same time, it is being examined which areas will still be needed for industrial use in the future and how areas that are no longer required can be used.
The production structure will be adjusted by 2028
The transition is expected to be completed by mid-2028. Waldkirch will remain the group's corporate headquarters. The headquarters will continue to be located at the site or in its immediate vicinity. In parallel, according to Faller Packaging, the entire company is reviewing measures to adjust cost and organisational structures.

Faller Packaging specialises in pharmaceutical secondary packaging and produces folding boxes, package inserts, self-adhesive labels, and combination products, among other things. The company states it employs more than 1,500 people at sites in Germany, Denmark, Poland, and Hungary.
