With its new Experience Center at its EMEA headquarters in Neuss, Kawasaki Robotics is creating a space where customers, partners and industry experts can come together to experience robots live, discuss concrete automation solutions and converse with experts from industry and research. The opening also marks the starting point for an expanded event concept featuring regular specialist forums, workshops and industry events.
The Experience Center is more than just a showroom. It offers the opportunity to experience current robot technologies and automation solutions in real application scenarios. Visitors can not only find out about the latest developments, but also test and discuss their own automation solutions.
„Many of our customers“ growing challenges cannot be answered with a product alone. That is why we want to bring users, partners and experts together to discuss solutions, experiences and the next developments in automation.“
Shuhei Kuraoka, President of Kawasaki Robotics EMEA
Launch of new event formats
The opening of the Experience Centre marks the beginning of a new series of event formats. These events are designed to address current technological and regulatory issues and be complemented by practical examples and live demonstrations. An initial highlight is the specialist forum „Future-proof Robotics – Machinery Regulation 2027: What Companies Need to Know Now“, which will take place on 5 November 2026 in cooperation with the trade medium Automationspraxis. The focus will be on the new challenges posed by the Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230.
In addition, the Cyber Resilience Act and the associated requirements for machine builders, integrators and end users are on the agenda. Kawasaki Robotics will also use its new F0X controller generation to demonstrate concretely how robotics technology is already preparing for upcoming regulatory requirements.

More than just product presentation
In future too, the Experience Center will regularly serve as a meeting place for various industries. Kawasaki Robotics is planning events that go beyond traditional product presentations. Among other things, events on automation in the food industry and workshops in the semiconductor and welding sectors are planned for spring 2027. Timo Ehlers, Head of Product Management & Marketing at Kawasaki Robotics EMEA, explains: „Our goal is for the showroom to become a true meeting point for automation.“
