The ICA 4.3 is characterised by an electrical power consumption of only 417 watts at full load, representing a reduction of 10.7 per cent compared to older models. This increase in efficiency is achieved through the use of modern drive and control technology, which not only lowers energy consumption but also simplifies machine maintenance. The One-Cable-Technology (OCT) used reduces cabling effort and simplifies the system structure. By integrating various functions, the number of required components also decreases. The simplified system structure reduces technical complexity and facilitates service and maintenance work.
Economical and resource-friendly

The increased torque and a reinforced conveyor belt simultaneously expand the application range of the ICA 4.3. This means the machine is also designed for larger product formats and higher product weights. The harmonised drive architecture supports stable processes and high process reliability.

Hygienic design
Hygiene has also been consistently considered for use in food production. A servo motor with a smooth surface facilitates cleaning in hygienically sensitive production environments. As the motor and gearbox are structurally separate, individual components can be specifically replaced during maintenance or service work.
