Feldmuehle Uetersen, producer of Sspeciality papers for labels and flexible packaging,<\/span> will be presenting its papers with a mineral oil barrier at Packaging Innovations, which takes place in Berlin from 5 to 6 April 2017.<\/p>\n

For effective protection of the packaged goods against mineral oil migration and contamination, Feldmuehle has developed various papers with Mineral oil barrier<\/strong> These are already being used successfully by branded companies for packaging dry and fatty foods.<\/p>\n

With MOB-Liner<\/strong> the company offers a barrier-coated paper on Fresh fibre base,<\/strong> which is particularly suitable for inner bags of folding boxes and multi-layer bags as well as for laminating corrugated cardboard. MOB-Flex, also a barrier-coated paper based on virgin fibres, combines the effective mineral oil barrier with a white and glossy surface. The paper therefore offers outstanding print quality for flexible packaging printed using gravure and flexo printing. Optimum runnability in packaging systems and problem-free adhesion with hot and cold glues are guaranteed for both products.<\/p>
