Robatech launches another new generation melter. The powerful Alpha all-rounder is smart to operate and equipped with numerous interfaces to simplify system integration, control and monitoring of adhesive application.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The new melter melts up to 12.5 kg\/h of thermoplastic adhesives despite its relatively small tank. Alpha also offers a system availability of more than 99 per cent and, compared to the Concept an energy saving of 46 per cent<\/strong>. \u201eThe high energy efficiency and the use of robust components have a favourable effect on operating costs,\u201c says Andr\u00e9 Laubacher, Product Manager Small Units at Robatech.<\/p>\n

This is important to ensure that our customers remain competitive in industrial adhesive application.\u201c<\/p>\n

Due to its relatively small dimensions and the 45-degree connection surface for heating hoses, Alpha can be installed in systems to save space. The melter can be used for a wide range of applications, in particular in applications in the packaging, packaging materials and graphics industries.<\/strong> The compatibility of heated hoses and application heads built from 2000 onwards facilitates the modernisation of existing systems. The optional filling system increases safety in production and reduces the workload of operating personnel.<\/p>
