Lutz Packaging from Wertheim has launched a new compact spray system with an integrated ampoule breaker, which makes handling the glass containers easier and is intended to promote consumer acceptance. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Sharp edges, unsafe handling the breaking of glass ampoules<\/strong> is a challenge for many cosmetics users. A new sprayer with integrated ampoule breaker now protects against injuries. The new \u201eEasy Multiple Sprayer\u201c from Lutz Packaging consists of two components<\/strong>A screw-off spray head and a plastic housing containing an integrated ampoule breaker. It is very easy to use: the user pushes the ampoule into the housing from below and moves the glass container in any direction to break the head of the ampoule. With a twist, the ampoule head falls directly into a waste bin. without skin contact and therefore without risk of injury.<\/strong> The user then inserts the opened ampoule into a rubber nozzle, places it in the housing and screws on the spray head. After these few steps, the sprayer is immediately ready for use.<\/p>\n

\u201eWe have not yet seen a comparable system on the market that offers both a spray function and serves as an ampoule breaker. Our solution facilitates the handling of glass ampoules and will help cosmetics manufacturers to further promote the acceptance of glass containers among consumers.\u201c<\/p>\n

The system is suitable for 2 ml ampoules filled with moisturising liquids, make-up fixers and fluid aromas for aromatherapy, for example. Cosmetics manufacturers can customise the sprayer to suit their individual requirements. The housings are available in white, black, grey and bordeaux, while the pump sprayers are available in white, black and silver. Customised branding with your logo is also possible. Lutz Packaging also offers Plastic storage boxes for nine ampoules<\/strong> on. \u201eThe boxes are perfect for the upcoming travelling season to protect the ampoules from external influences and breakages.\u201c<\/p>\n
