The system combines proven technologies, 100 per cent in-process control (IPC) and high product yield.

Syntegon has opened its new filling line MLD Advanced for ready-to-use (RTU) nest syringes. The solution is aimed at pharmaceutical manufacturers with high output requirements and simultaneously offers maximum product yield and process reliability thanks to a 100 per cent in-process control (IPC). The MLD Advanced was presented virtually for the first time at Interphex and is now officially available on the market.

Technology transfer from cartridges to syringes

The MLD Advanced is based on the proven MLD platform, which was previously used primarily for cartridges and vials. The combination with syringe technologies from the FXS series creates a modular system with high flexibility and efficiency. A special feature is the all-round clip transport system, which enables particularly gentle glass-to-glass contact-free transport of the syringes.
