From 3 to 8 May, Hastamat will be presenting its efficient and sustainable packaging solutions at the leading international trade fair. At its stand, Hastamat will be showing trade visitors the benefits of the CP-16-S32 stick multihead weigher in hygienic design in conjunction with a product transfer system and the RM-270 flow-wrapping machine in hygienic design.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201eWhether fresh and frozen foods or powders: Hastamat's automated packaging solutions are designed for a variety of products from the infeed to the tray. The packaging machine manufacturer thus fulfils the individual requirements of its customers, even beyond the food industry,\u201d says Olaf Piepenbrock, Managing Partner of Hastamat, LoeschPack and the parent company Piepenbrock.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The CP-16-S32 stick multihead weigher in hygienic design counts and weighs bar-shaped, fresh and frozen foods. It has been specially developed for operation in wet areas and fulfils the requirements of the food industry. The weigher fills different types of packaging gently and accurately - with an output of up to 220 weighings per minute. With a retrofit, the packaging system can also process bulk goods. At IFFA, Hastamat will be showing the multihead weigher with a product transfer. Once the sticks have been weighed, the servo-controlled transfer system transfers them gently through the packaging process.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With the RM-270 (Fig.), Hastamat is presenting the all-rounder among vertical flow-wrapping machines at IFFA. The machine from the R\/RM series packs a wide range of products - including food and sticks. At the trade fair, the company will be demonstrating packaging in the 4-edge sealed bag. Thanks to its modular stainless steel design, the machine fulfils the specific requirements of the food industry. In the hygienic design, water and dust protection can be installed if required.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
