Koenig & Bauer and Siemens have agreed on a strategic co-operation to further develop the modular automation system from Koenig & Bauer. The aim of the co-operation is to create future-proof machine concepts that meet the increasing demands of modern production environments.<\/p>\n

By combining the technological expertise of both companies, the aim is to create innovative solutions that set new standards in mechanical engineering and, in particular, increase the flexibility and efficiency of production processes.<\/p>

The modular approach enables machine manufacturers to adapt production lines to different requirements more quickly, flexibly and cost-effectively. At the same time, the integration of digital technologies from the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio supports the implementation of sustainable production concepts.<\/p>\n

For Koenig & Bauer, the partnership will strengthen its position in the field of intelligent packaging and printing solutions, while Siemens aims to further expand its role as a driver of digital transformation in mechanical engineering, according to the statement.<\/p>\n
