An agreement to this effect has been signed, but the completion of the transaction is still subject to regulatory approvals, according to reports.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The acquisition strengthens Hartmann's European presence in the area of pressed moulded fibre packaging - a segment that is becoming increasingly important. The sale of the Romanian subsidiary is in line with the company's strategic reorientation towards its core markets.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O\u011fuz Abal\u0131o\u011flu, representative of the main owner, emphasises: \u201eWe are proud of the development of Denta\u015f Romania.
