He succeeds Johann Reiter, who is retiring after eight successful years as CEO.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vetropack Group, one of Europe's leading manufacturers of glass packaging for food and beverages, has announced a change in the company's management: Dr Lukas Burkhardt will succeed Johann Reiter as CEO on 1 January 2026. He previously held management positions at Audi, the Rieter\/Autoneum Group in Asia and as COO of the Franke Group, where he was in charge of global production at over 30 locations.<\/p>\n<p>Burkhardt holds a doctorate in mechanical engineering from ETH Zurich and combines technical expertise with a strategic mindset - a combination that now puts him in charge of around 3,600 employees and a sales volume of CHF 842.1 million (2024).<\/p><div id=\"packa-3618142781\" class=\"packa-inhalt\"><!--noptimize--><script async src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-2686439340972671\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script>\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block;text-align:center\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-2686439340972671\" data-ad-slot=\"6171251825\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script><!--\/noptimize--><\/div>\n<h3>Handover after strategic reorganisation<\/h3>\n<p>Under the leadership of Johann Reiter, Vetropack has achieved important milestones over the past eight years.
