Thanks to the enlarged light spot, the presence of objects of various shapes can be checked. According to Wenglor, the integrated dynamic adjustment of the transmitted light brightness ensures reliable switching. In addition, the high interference immunity makes the diffuse reflection sensors robust against ambient light, reflections and soiling.

According to the manufacturer, the P1PH9 diffuse reflection sensors primarily impress with their large scanning range for reliable detection of a wide variety of objects. Black surfaces are also reliably detected by the LED red light, even with irregular object shapes and perforations.

High resistance to interference

P1PH9 sensors are highly insensitive to interference such as ambient light, reflections in the background, dirt or dust. IO-Link 1.1 enables quick and easy parameterisation and access to the process data. The switching distance can be easily set using the potentiometer. The increased sensing range and the 1P design with rotatable connector provide flexible mounting options, the company concludes.

Source: Wenglor Sensoric Group

By combining time-of-flight technology with visible LED red light, the P1PH9 sensors make it possible to detect objects at distances of up to 2,500 mm.
[113
43,55,59,70,39
0":"post-102000","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-produkte","8":"tag-aus-den-unternehmen","9":"tag-automatisieren-und-robotik","10":"tag-software-und-steuern","11":"tag-verpackungsmaschinen","12":"tag-verpackungstechnik","13":"cs-entry","14":"cs-video-wrap
["GET
