Thorsten Seehars is taking over the role of CEO with immediate effect, succeeding Erik Bouts, who is retiring after six years.<\/p>\n<p>Seehars brings with him many years of experience in managing international business areas with technologically sophisticated products. The introduction of business units made it possible to be closer to the market and respond more quickly to customer needs. Another focus of his tenure was the consistent focus on sustainability and research &amp; development.<\/p>\n<p>Today, S\u00fcdpack is considered one of the most innovative and sustainable medium-sized companies in Germany, according to Ochsenhausen. Bouts will continue to be available to the company in an advisory capacity until the beginning of 2026.<\/p>\n<h3>Strategy 2030: S\u00fcdpack focuses on growth despite difficult conditions<\/h3>\n<p>S\u00fcdpack wants to initiate the next phase of growth with its Strategy 2030. However, Seehars sees the coming years as challenging: \u201eIn the coming years, we must continue to expect difficult geopolitical and economic conditions.
