The current development status of the concept will be presented at this year's interpack.

For 20 years now, the company has consistently relied on the enormous potential of robot technology for the realisation of flexible automation solutions. The unique manoeuvrability allows the robot to be used on the basis of a smart multifunctional tool several tasks. Despite its very compact design, it can perform the erecting and subsequent filling of cartons and also carry out an automatic mould change with format changeover (image). The Robot Flexline concept enables best-in-class solutions in terms of flexibility and space requirements.

Modularised and compact

The highly modularised Robot palletiser systems will be on show in Düsseldorf. With compact combination tools, cartons, bags, buckets, empty pallets and layer pads can even be manipulated simultaneously. A SIMPLO© software tool enables the operator to generate new palletising schemes within a minute without any programming knowledge. This concept is suitable for Cost-effective single-user systems up to central palletising systems with up to 30 palletising stations and more.

transnova Ruf at interpack 2017: Hall 16, Stand F16

The Robot Flexline concept from Ansbach-based transnova Ruf GmbH is regarded as the benchmark for compactness and flexibility.
