He succeeds Gregor Spengler, who has stepped down after 31 years of dedicated service to the organisation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201eI am delighted to take on this responsible role and to further strengthen the solid foundation laid by Gregor Spengler,\u201c said Seifeldin Raslan Mohamed. \u201eI look forward with great confidence to working with Etma members to tackle the challenges and opportunities facing the European tube industry.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Looking back on his time in office, Gregor Spengler commented: \u201eIt has been a great honour and a matter close to my heart to serve as Etma Secretary General for the European tube industry for so many years and to strengthen the reputation of the tube globally. I have always enjoyed bringing together the representatives of the entire tube supply chain and acting as a link between them.
