Instead of throwing this material, which usually consists of single or multi-layer corrugated cardboard, into the waste disposal containers, many companies now dispose of it in a recycling centre. secondary packaging utilisation to. This is made possible, for example, by the use of packaging cushioning systems from the German system manufacturer CP Cushion Pack.

The CP 320 S3i model transforms used cardboard packaging into padding material that can be used as value-protecting packaging material. This machine provides the user with two options: It can be used to either produce an airy, padded, loosely falling packaging wool or flat padding mats, which are padded but still retain their shape thanks to a sophisticated structural cut. Depending on the packaged goods, the user can therefore decide whether they need flexible, largely loose material to secure them during transport - for example, for precisely embedding sensitive goods - or whether they need a packaging material that also fulfils separating, stabilising and fixing functions in addition to the protective effect.

The handling of the CP 320 S3i makes both very easy in any case: the old corrugated cardboard pieces are pushed into the inlet slot at the front and leave the outlet opening at the back as Ready-to-use, 320 mm wide packaging pad.

The machine produces either airy padded packaging wool or flat padded mats.
