Since then, the initiative has enjoyed numerous successes: The first Frosch washing-up liquids with rPET bottles made from 100 per cent post-consumer recyclate (PCR) were launched back in 2014, 20 per cent of which came from the Yellow Bag source. Since then, the use of Yellow Bag material has been continuously increased. For example, since 2016 rHDPE bottles made from 100 per cent recyclate from the Yellow Bag, which are used for emsal and Green Care Professional brand products.

In the case of rPET bottles for the Frosch brand, the proportion of yellow bags was increased from 20 to 50 per cent in 2021 and from 50 to 75 per cent in 2023. And A new record will be set on 23 June 2025Werner & Mertz will then reach one billion rPET bottles made of 100 per cent PCR as part of the initiative.

Source: Werner & Mertz

As part of the Recyclate Initiative, PreZero is now the new cooperation partner responsible for licensing recyclable packaging made from recycled material from Werner & Mertz.
PreZero ist ab sofort als neuer Kooperationspartner für die Lizenzierung der kreislauffähigen Verpackungen aus Rezyklat von Werner & Mertz verantwortlich.
[58781
65,54,31,32,60586,58980,58375
0":"post-103015","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-green-packaging","8":"tag-abfalltechnik-und-recycling","9":"tag-kunststoff-und-verbunde","10":"tag-nachhaltigkeit-und-green-packaging","11":"tag-packmittel-und-packstoffe","12":"tag-pj_home","13":"tag-prezero","14":"tag-werner-und-mertz","15":"cs-entry","16":"cs-video-wrap
["GET
