His appointment comes as part of the integration of \u201eUNI Packaging\u201c, a French packaging specialist for cheese and dairy products, into the company.<\/p>\n<p>The company, which has only existed since 2012 <strong>Schur Flexibles Group<\/strong> belongs to the parent company <strong>Lindsay Goldberg<\/strong>, which also made the acquisition of UNI Packaging. In recent months, Schur Flexibles has also acquired Cats Flexibles Packaging, H\u00e4nsel Flexible Packaging and Nimax from the Clondalkin Group.<\/p>\n<p>Schur Flexibles expects the forthcoming integration of the French company as a <strong>Manufacturer of flexible packaging<\/strong> an addition to the business portfolio and more local presence in France. UNI Packaging's expertise in pouches is also to be utilised. The company announcement also emphasises that Schur Flexibles will now be more active in the area of <strong>Packaging printing<\/strong> will become. The cheese and dairy products business will account for 100 million euros.
