The management of the Wiegand-Glas Group is strengthened by the appointment of an additional managing director in the glass sales division.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Karsten Fuchs took up his position as Managing Director of Bayerische Flaschen-Glash\u00fcttenwerke Vertriebs-GmbH on 1 June 2025.<\/p>\n

In this function, he will support Nikolaus Wiegand<\/strong>, who continues to lead the group of companies as managing partner. In view of the current and future challenges facing the glass industry, this structural expansion is an important step towards strengthening the glass sales division of Wiegand-Glas in the long term.<\/p>

Karsten Fuchs has extensive expertise in sales in the container glass industry. He has many years of management experience and has held various management positions in a medium-sized family business - most recently six years as sales director of a well-known container glass manufacturer in Germany.<\/p>\n
