The design was to differ from the classic packaging in the hair colouring segment and at the same time be compatible with the existing production lines.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Henkel had clear requirements for the new packaging: it had to be deliberately <strong>stand out from the traditional rectangular shape<\/strong> and convey a care-orientated brand message. At the same time, unrestricted integration into the existing high-speed production lines had to be guaranteed. (Image: Smurfit Westrock)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2><strong>Packaging suitable for high-speed production<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Smurfit Westrock then developed a <strong>Folding box with rounded corners and a softer contour.<\/strong> This shape improves ergonomics and the unpacking experience and increases visibility at the point of sale. Various print finishes such as matt and gloss varnishes and hot-foil embossing were used to create a high-quality look and feel.
