The acquisition is intended to strengthen Nefab's position in the southern European market and expand its range of sustainable packaging solutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nefab Group, a global provider of sustainable packaging solutions, has acquired the Valencia-based packaging specialist Plasticos Flome via its Spanish subsidiary Nefab Espa\u00f1a, S.L. as of 2 July 2025.
