At Labelexpo Europe 2025 in Barcelona, Hubergroup Print Solutions will be showcasing the latest developments for flexographic printing alongside its proven portfolio - from inks, coatings and laminating adhesives to a wide range of services.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Iray is the Hubergroup's flagship product for label printing. The UV Flexo series is a comprehensive and finely tuned System of primers, laminating adhesives, printing inks and lacquers that work together seamlessly<\/strong>. The series is available for both food and non-food applications and covers a wide range of applications, from self-adhesive labels to shrink sleeves and pouches. Customers benefit from good scratch resistance, strong adhesion, low odour and high yield. Iray products fulfil deinkability requirements on both film and paper, thus supporting the recyclability of packaging.<\/p>\n

Thanks to its modular ink mixing system - consisting of concentrates, blends and additives - Hydro-X enables tailor-made solutions for packaging materials such as paper, cardboard, aluminium and plastic films. Highlights in this segment include the water-based barrier coatings that improve the oxygen or water and grease resistance of mono-material packaging.<\/strong><\/p>

To support customers in the Design of recyclable packaging with these solvent-based inks<\/strong> To support this, the company offers various options: the PU-based Gecko Platinum series, NC-based printing within the thresholds with NC-free White and NC-based printing in combination with a deinking primer so that the inks can be easily removed.<\/p>\n
