An important step towards strengthening its market presence in Northern Europe: With the acquisition of ScanDrums, Sch\u00fctz Nordic is consistently pursuing its growth strategy and will in future hold a majority stake in the operating companies in Sweden and Denmark. <\/strong><\/p>\n

ScanDrums' business model comprises the entire package of industrial packaging solutions from a single source - from delivery and return to professional reconditioning.<\/p>\n

ScanDrums is an established provider of industrial packaging solutions in Scandinavia and has a broad portfolio of IBCs, plastic and steel drums and canisters. The two companies have enjoyed a close partnership for many years: Sch\u00fctz supplies the Scandinavian packaging distributor with IBCs, inner containers, drums and canisters. With the new majority shareholding, Sch\u00fctz Nordic is deepening its cooperation and expanding its network in the region to include strategically important locations and services, according to the statement.<\/p>
