Tube lifters for every requirement: Timmer GmbH will be presenting versatile lifting solutions at Fachpack in Nuremberg from 23 to 25 September. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The proven lifting systems lightLIFT and quickLIFT, equipped with a variety of grippers such as multi-suction cups, bag suction cups or cone suction cups, will be used. A highlight of this year's trade fair appearance is the new pallet fork for the lightLIFT - a customised solution that is specifically tailored to the requirements of pallet logistics.<\/p>\n

Visitors to the trade fair will see the new accessories in action - as well as the two tried-and-tested tube lifters lightLIFT and quickLIFT. With a large selection of attachments, the lifting solutions can be customised to individual requirements.<\/p>

Two systems, many possibilities<\/h3>\n

The lightLIFT impresses with its precise two-handed operation, which enables safe and controlled positioning of the load. Optional extensions such as a 360\u00b0 turntable, a quick-change system for the suction foot and a remote control for the vacuum pump provide additional flexibility in day-to-day work. This allows the system to be optimally adapted to different areas of application. In addition to the new pallet fork, Timmer will also be demonstrating tried-and-tested grippers for various applications at lightLIFT - including the cone suction pad for beverage drums, the bag suction pad for bagged goods and the round suction pad for buckets and other flat lifting goods.<\/p>\n

With our new pallet fork, we have responded specifically to this market development and have already realised several customer-specific variants - precisely tailored to the respective requirements in pallet logistics.\u201c<\/p>\n

The quickLIFT is suitable for high-cycle pick & place processes and can be controlled with its intuitive one-hand operation via an ergonomically shaped operating handle. This enables particularly fast, safe and effortless work - ideal for applications with a high repetition rate. Optional functions such as a 90\u00b0 swivelling head or a 360\u00b0 turntable increase handling flexibility and facilitate precise positioning of the load. With a load capacity of up to 65 kilograms, the quickLIFT is also ideally suited for heavy or unwieldy goods.<\/p>\n

Among other things, Timmer will be exhibiting the multi-suction cup and the multi-suction foam for cardboard packaging - even with coarsely textured surfaces - as well as cone suction cups and sack suction cups for barrels and sacks. Other gripping solutions on show include the bellows suction cup, the small package traverse, a hook adapter for canisters or buckets with handles and the crate gripper for Euro crates or small load carriers.<\/p>\n
