This latest step increases the total investment volume at the site to \u00a32.5 million. At the Spalding site, Coveris operates <strong>the UK's only production facility specialising in linerless labels<\/strong>. Over one billion labels are produced here every year for the British and European FMCG industry (e.g. food, drinks and household products).<\/p>\n<p>With the current <strong>Investment in a new ten-colour MPS flexographic printing press<\/strong> - in operation since June 2025 - Coveris is expanding its production capacities in a targeted manner to meet the increasing demand in the UK market and to promote strategic growth in new segments such as ready meals and to-go products. Continuous quality control across the entire web width ensures that potential errors can be recognised and corrected immediately.
