Two Westphalian family businesses want to join forces in the \u201efilling and palletising\u201c sector. To this end, they are founding a new, joint company. In March, \u201eWindm\u00f6ller & H\u00f6lscher\u201c from Lengerich and \u201eHaver & Boecker\u201c from Oelde signed a \u201eletter of intent\u201c to this end.<\/p>\n

The aim of the partnership is to combine the development, production, sales and service of systems for the FFS packaging<\/strong> of free flowing Bulk solids<\/strong> to the finished Pallet<\/strong> under one roof.<\/p>\n

Both companies each have just under 3,000 employees and will each hold 50 per cent of the shares in the new company. Further details about the Joint ventures<\/strong> will be announced in mid-June at Achema 2018.<\/p>
