It is designed to make adhesive application in packaging processes more energy-efficient, safer and simpler - and is also compatible with existing systems.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">With the new <span class=\"s2\"><b>Alpha melter<\/b><\/span> Robatech wants to make processes in the packaging industry more sustainable. Depending on the tank size, the system processes up to 12.5 kilograms of thermoplastic adhesive per hour. It offers high availability, energy efficiency and low operating costs - important factors for economical and resource-saving operation.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Modern control for smart integration<\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">Equipped with the <span class=\"s2\"><b>Robatech Control System (RCS)<\/b><\/span> enables Alpha to offer intuitive operation, extensive interfaces and simple integration into existing production lines. The system facilitates monitoring and control of adhesive application and supports both new systems and upgrades.
