With the world premiere of the Xmelt Fusion hotmelt series and the precise PXH 1000 valve, Baumer hhs will be showcasing sustainable solutions for packaging processes at Fachpack 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

New hot melt melters celebrate their world premiere: Baumer hhs is setting an example at Fachpack 2025 with the launch of the new Xmelt Fusion. The devices were developed under the holistic sustainability approach \u201eRethink. Renew. Recycle.\u201c and combine high energy efficiency with powerful performance<\/strong>Up to 14 kilograms of hot melt adhesive per hour can be processed with an energy input of just 1.6 kW - a significant advance compared to conventional systems.<\/p>\n

According to Baumer hhs, the PXH 1000 electric hot melt valve is the first of its kind to combine the clamping force of an electro-pneumatic system with the advantages of electronic control.<\/strong> It ensures precise application results with minimal \u201etailing\u201c - a particularly clean application of adhesive lines and dots. After just a short time, the PXH 1000 has established itself as the industry standard, for example in the production of cigarette packaging or the application of control characters and onserts.<\/p>

Also new to the portfolio are Hot melt hoses with metal inner core<\/strong>, which stand for particular robustness and reliability in demanding applications. Baumer hhs combines technical innovation with environmental protection - for example through reduced adhesive consumption, longer component life cycles and intelligent quality assurance systems for industrial packaging processes.<\/p>\n
