Bizerba is presenting itself at Fachpack 2025 as a partner for safe and resource-saving packaging processes with a two-part trade fair presence. In Hall 3C, everything will revolve around industrial process reliability and automated product handling. In Hall 3A, the focus will be on future-proof labelling solutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the centre of the presentation in Hall 3C are Two new systems for inline inspection<\/strong> the packaging quality. LeakSecure detects even the smallest leaks in CO\u2082 MAP packaging with semi-rigid trays<\/strong> - regardless of ambient conditions and in real time. The system can be easily integrated into existing lines and provides visual feedback for process optimisation.<\/p>\n

It is supplemented by SealSecure, a camera-based system for detecting seal seam defects<\/strong> such as creases, soiling or incomplete sealing. Both systems reduce returns, increase quality assurance and improve operational safety.<\/p>

Automated end-of-line solutions<\/h2>\n

For the labelling of large containers, Bizerba presents a Combination of a GLP series label printer and a swing arm applicator<\/strong> - ideal for transport packaging. The range is complemented by automated handling solutions for crates and products that can be integrated into highly automated production lines.<\/p>\n

Sustainable labels without backing material<\/h2>\n

In Hall 3A, Bizerba will be presenting CleanCut Linerless<\/strong> a labelling solution without backing material<\/strong>. This reduces waste and consumables, simplifies maintenance and ensures hygienic production conditions thanks to clever adhesive zoning. CleanCut is suitable for wrap-around, multi-page or single-page labelling and meets a wide range of industry requirements.<\/p>\n

RF labels for smart article surveillance<\/h2>\n

In addition, Bizerba is presenting RF-based labelling solutions that fit seamlessly into the packaging design and provide discreet anti-theft protection in the retail sector.<\/strong> The labels can be automatically deactivated at the time of purchase and are compatible with existing retail infrastructures.<\/p>\n

With the combination of process monitoring, automation and labelling, Bizerba is pursuing the goal of making packaging systems more efficient, safer and future-proof.<\/p>\n
