Another highlight: <strong>the swivelling injection unit for quick screw changes.<\/strong> The machine is controlled by the new Unilog B8X, which guarantees maximum reproducibility thanks to shorter reaction times. (Image: ATA Kalip ve Plastik)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Sustainable packaging and autonomous production<\/h2>\n<p>In the VDMA special area \u201eThe Power of Plastics\u201c, Wittmann will be showing, among other things. <strong>Injection-moulded ice cream cones made from edible organic material<\/strong> as well as energy self-sufficient production with an EcoPower DC Insider. The machine on show, an EcoPower 180\/750+ DC Insider, will be operated autonomously from the trade fair power grid during the fair via a solar power storage system consisting of state-of-the-art ecological salt battery technology from Inesco. With the Wild Pot made of 100 per cent PCR material from Wildplastic, Wittmann will also be presenting a n<strong>ach sustainable solution with traceability via TagTec technology.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>AI support and digitalisation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The use of artificial intelligence for technical support via AIM4Help, the energy management tool iMAGOxt and the MES system TEMI+ show how digitalisation creates real added value at Wittmann.
