The aim is to increase food safety, improve traceability and minimise manual sources of error.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"469\" data-end=\"880\">With the introduction of \u201eAudit Check\u201c, Coppa is responding to increasing production pressure and growing product safety requirements. Previously, checks were carried out hourly by the operating personnel and documented manually. The automated solution now enables<strong> standardised test cycles, logs deviations and provides staff with visual instructions<\/strong> for carrying out the tests.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"1246\">The system is integrated into Sesotec's Intuity metal detectors and was customised to Coppa's operational requirements in close cooperation with the manufacturer.
