{"id":105600,"date":"2025-08-13T10:39:06","date_gmt":"2025-08-13T08:39:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/?p=105600"},"modified":"2025-11-06T11:57:38","modified_gmt":"2025-11-06T10:57:38","slug":"logistics-centre-ppwr-sentiment-index","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/en\/logistikbude-ppwr-stimmungsindex\/","title":{"rendered":"Logistikbude publishes PPWR sentiment index"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Logistikbude GmbH, together with the Stiftung Initiative Mehrweg and the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics, surveyed managers in German companies about the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR). <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The \u201ePPWR Sentiment Index German Economy 2025\u2033 shows the extent to which companies are prepared for the new regulations and is intended to <strong>raise awareness of the comprehensive effects of the regulation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eThe new EU Packaging Regulation affects supply chains, packaging processes and compliance requirements. The sentiment index is intended to create a realistic picture from practice and show where German companies are already well prepared for the new regulation - and where there is still a need for action.\u201c<\/p>\n<p><strong>Michael Koscharnyj,<\/strong> Co-Founder and COO of Logistikbude GmbH<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Logistikbude has compiled the \u201ePPWR Sentiment Index German Economy 2025\u2033 in close cooperation with the <strong>Collaboration with the Stiftung Initiative Mehrweg (SIM) and the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics (IML)<\/strong> survey. Over a period of one month, the respondents included managing directors, supply chain management specialists, sustainability officers and employees from the areas of packaging and packaging management and purchasing. The company sizes ranged from small businesses with less than 50 employees to large companies with over 2,000 employees.<\/p>\n<p>From 16 September, Logistikbude will be making the survey results available free of charge on its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.logistikbude.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Website<\/a> available.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Focus topic of the Fachpack presentation\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The Packaging Ordinance is a key topic at FachPack 2025 in Nuremberg - and the Logistics Booth is also placing it at the centre of its trade fair presence. At their stand, visitors can <strong>check how well they are prepared for the PPWR<\/strong>, and compare their results directly with the company data recorded in the sentiment index.<\/p>\n<p>Co-founder Koscharnyj also presents <strong>the most important practical findings from the sentiment index<\/strong> as part of the Packbox Expert Forum \u201ePPWR Challenges 2030 - Answers from Research\u201d.
