In combination with a robotic arm, structured light and intelligent software, the technology reduces the risk of particle emissions.

The technology also ensures even safer primary packaging - especially for sensitive products such as personalised medicines or cell and gene therapies.

Technology in detail

The system recognises objects in the work area, automatically calculates trajectories and adjusts its movements in real time. This means that conventional feeding systems such as hoppers or vibrating trays can be replaced. The result: more flexibility, shorter set-up times and fewer potential sources of contamination.

Cooperation with experts

The 3D CPS was developed together with ISS - Innovative Security Solutions, a spin-off of the Politecnico di Milano.
