Packaging technology does not necessarily need a lot of space. At Fachpack, Schubert will be demonstrating just how compact high-performance machines can be - for example with a cartoner from the \u201eLightline\u201c series and a new, variably deployable high-performance erecting unit. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The Lightline cartoner exhibited at the trade fair - which can be seen on the stand as a bar packer - pays tribute to the targeted efficiency: Thanks to the single-lane A3 erector with vertical magazine, the machine saves a significant amount of space without compromising on performance. Up to 4,000 blanks fit into the cartoner's newly developed vertical magazine from Schubert<\/strong>, so that the system can run continuously for 60 minutes.<\/p>\n

Schubert also shows the single-lane A3 erecting unit in the form of the tog.101 as an independent machine unit for the first time. <\/strong>\u201eThe 100 per cent standardised tog.101 carton erector can guarantee a high output of up to 60 cartons per minute in different packaging systems,\u201c says Ralf Schubert, explaining the standalone approach. A Gluing device developed with Robatech<\/strong> also enables glue-saving erection.<\/p>

Another trade fair highlight can be found at the Barsch GmbH stand (Hall 1, Stand 125): Under the motto \u201eBarsch meets Schubert\u201c, the company from Reiskirchen will be showing a flexible line solution for loose biscuits<\/strong>: The Cobot tog.519 recognises the poured products or products arranged on trays with the help of an AI-supported camera system<\/strong> and places them precisely into the feed chain of the Barsch flowpack machine. This packs the biscuits in up to 60 tubular paper bags per minute.<\/p>\n

Another highlight of the line is the integrated thermal transfer printer, which applies the packaging design directly to the packaging paper.<\/strong> This means that different layouts can be realised flexibly - without the need for pre-printed films.<\/p>\n

The presentation is complemented by the Packaging Competence Centre (PCC)<\/strong>, which Schubert and the Berlin-based consultancy Berndt+Partner launched on 1 January 2025.<\/p>\n
