With Lena G\u00fcnther and Dr Moritz Belling, the fourth generation is taking on central management roles, thereby strengthening the automation specialist's programme for the future.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The internationally active Lenze Group is setting an example of continuity and foresight: two members of the owner family are taking on operational responsibility within the company. Dr Moritz Belling started as Director Transformation on 5 September 2025. He is responsible for strategic projects within the remit of CEO Dr Marc Wucherer and reports directly to him. From 6 October 2025, Lena G\u00fcnther will follow as Head of Business Development in Finance under the leadership of CFO Bruno Krauss.<\/p>\n<p>Both representatives of the fourth generation have experience in venture capital, private equity and strategy consulting. Lenze thus combines family roots with external expertise to provide targeted support for the ongoing transformation. \"The transformation of Lenze is an entrepreneurial task that I am approaching with full conviction.
