JBM Packaging has broken ground on a new 4,880 square metre building in Lebanon, Ohio. The company is thus expanding its packaging and converting capacities.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The new building is being constructed on a 4.5-hectare, previously undeveloped site west of I-71, around a mile from the headquarters on Henkel Drive. The first construction phase comprises a prefabricated concrete hall with a height of 8.5 metres. It will be divided into two units: JBM plans to lease and occupy 2,490 square metres; a further 2,390 square metres on Kingsview Drive is earmarked for lease. Completion is scheduled for the end of February 2026.<\/p>\n

Prospects for further construction phase<\/h3>\n

According to the company, the property also includes the option for a second hall with a further 4,830 square metres should additional space be required.<\/p>\n
