The trade fair recorded record figures for exhibition space and visitor numbers and also announced the transition to the new LOUPE brand identity.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This year's event reached over 43,000 square metres of net exhibition space and attracted more than 37,000 trade visitors. According to the organisers, there was a significant increase in the number of international visitors, particularly from South and North America. Spain, Italy, Germany, France and the United Kingdom were the largest visitor groups. Andy Thomas-Emans, Strategic Director at Labelexpo Global Series, spoke of a \u201estrategic milestone\u201c that emphasised the global growth and innovative strength of the industry.<\/p>\n<h3>Innovations in printing technologies<\/h3>\n<p>One focus of the trade fair was on automation, cloud integration and the first applications of AI in printing presses and user interfaces. Numerous digital innovations are intended to facilitate the entry into digital printing and support the growth of suppliers. Labelexpo further expanded its sustainability initiatives with the \u201eBetter Stands\u201c programme and a partnership with DMP to recycle mesh waste. Event Director Andrew Galloway emphasised that the aim was a \u201ecomprehensive industry meeting with added value at every point of contact\u201c.<\/p>\n<h3>Rebranding to the LOUPE brand<\/h3>\n<p>Finally, Labelexpo Global Series announced a rebranding: <a href=\"https:\/\/packaging-journal.de\/labelexpo-wird-ab-2026-zu-loupe\/\">From 2026, the event series will operate under the new name LOUPE.<\/a> Managing Director Jade Grace explained that the decision was the result of a two-year consultation process with partners and customers.
