The key advantage of the AI agent: It is self-explanatory and therefore immediately ready for use.

From manual input to automated booking

The new feature uses artificial intelligence to automatically process the information on scanned documents - i.e. exchange partner, document date and number, loading equipment and quantities, optionally also lorry number plates and other references - and generates a booking from this, which is then only briefly approved by an employee. The special feature here: The tickets are read out without having to be programmed - even those that the system has never seen before.

„This reduces the effort per pallet note from 30 to 60 seconds to just a few seconds and at the same time the error rate due to transmission errors.
