The aim is to raise awareness of the benefits of aseptically packaged food in terms of health, safety and environmental aspects.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cleancommit.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Clean Commit<\/a> is both an informative website and a logo that consumers can find on selected food and beverage packaging - developed by SIG, <strong>to show that the packaging is aseptic<\/strong>. Products with the Clean Commit logo enable consumers to make an informed purchasing decision in favour of aseptically packaged products and their benefits.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eWe want consumers to know what's in their food - and what makes it safe, nutritious and sustainable. With Clean Commit, we can communicate to consumers how aseptic technology works and why it is more important than ever in today's food systems.\u201c<\/p>\n<p><strong>Christoph Wegener<\/strong>, Chief Markets Officer at SIG<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Aseptic packaging plays an important role in food preservation<\/strong> and give brands the opportunity to offer flavourful products made from foods such as vegetables, grains and proteins while preserving their important nutrients.
