The acquisition expands Veritiv's reach in the west of the USA and strengthens its position in the speciality packaging sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Veritiv Operating Company, an international provider of packaging, cleaning and printing solutions headquartered in Atlanta, has announced the acquisition of Packaging Solutions.
