One battery charge is enough for a full working day of eight hours.

The ReBeLMove Pro can be combined with attachments individualise for various intralogistics tasks. These can include height-adjustable conveyor belts and a cobot articulated arm robot for assembly workstations, a trailer for transporting materials or a shelf with light signals for more productive order picking. The new robot can also be used outdoors.

„igus itself is already using the ReBeLMove Pro as a shuttle to transport products away from injection moulding machines in production. These are tedious, routine intralogistics tasks that companies find difficult to get people excited about.“

Sebastian Thorwarth-Kienbaum, expert for low-cost automation at igus

Within just two months, for example, a fully automated container transport system including interface integration was installed in igus production. realised from conception to implementation. Ball bearing components are transported from the injection moulding machine to the fully automatic assembly machine without any manual intervention.

Simple integration and operation

However, companies not only save on the purchase of the AMR, but also on commissioning and control. „System integrators and software licences often result in high follow-up costs, which cause companies to frustratingly shelve the topic of automation,“ says Sebastian Thorwarth-Kienbaum. „We have therefore attached great importance to this, that the ReBeLMove Pro can be integrated and operated without outside help or automation experience."

During a simple round trip, the robot automatically creates a 3D digital map of the room. To do this, it uses LIDAR sensors, 3D sensors and a Realsense camera. A 200 square metre room is mapped in just under three minutes. The robot can then move autonomously without the need for complex guidelines or tracks on the floor.

Programming is also quick and intuitive: users can create movements with software in just 15 minutes and without any programming knowledge. Likewise Integration into existing IT landscapes is uncomplicated with open interfaces such as IoT, VDA 5050, REST, SAP or ERP. The ReBeLMove Pro is also compatible with external fleet management solutions such as Fleetexecuter, Kinexon or Naise.

Source: igus

The ReBeLMove Pro autonomous mobile robot (AMR) from igus can be easily customised according to the modular principle - from KLT transport to robot solutions.
Der AMR ReBeLMove Pro von igus lässt sich ganz einfach nach dem Baukastenprinzip individualisieren – vom KLT-Transport bis hin zur Roboterlösung.
[21
55,58849,52,39
0":"post-108390","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-verpackungstechnik","8":"tag-automatisieren-und-robotik","9":"tag-igus","10":"tag-logistik","11":"tag-verpackungstechnik","12":"cs-entry","13":"cs-video-wrap
["GET
