Antalis expands its European visual communication business by acquiring Texo Trade Services (TTS) from the Netherlands.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Antalis sees the acquisition as a strategic step to consolidate its position in one of its key growth areas. As a \u201eone-stop shop\u201c for large-format digital printing and textile applications, TTS contributes a wide range of textiles, sublimation and protective papers as well as transfer media. Based in Moordrecht, the company employs 75 people, had a turnover of around 34 million euros in 2024 and delivers to more than 70 countries - with a focus on the Netherlands, France, Germany, Belgium and Poland.<\/p>\n

Sustainability as part of the deal logic<\/h3>\n

An important motive is the expansion of sustainable product lines. TTS operates from an energy-neutral headquarters (A+++ rating) and offers its own ranges designed to conserve resources: \u201eGreen\u201c (recycled polyester) and \u201eSolar\u201c (100 % PVC-free, for indoor and outdoor use). Antalis wants to integrate these ranges and thus consolidate its role as a responsible provider in visual communication.<\/p>

Greater coverage - also due to earlier acquisitions<\/h3>\n

The transaction complements Antalis' recent acquisitions in the visual communications sector, including Integart in Poland, Club Groupe and Poitoo Adh\u00e9sifs in France and Fortuna in the Adriatic region.<\/p>\n

Antalis is a member of KPP Group Holdings Co, Ltd, a global paper, packaging and visual communication distribution company headquartered in Japan. With operations in Europe, Latin America and North America, Antalis is a leading B2B distributor of products and services in the e-commerce, paper, industrial packaging and visual communication media segments.<\/p>\n
