The family-run company attributes this development to a long-term, independent company policy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In 2024, the intralogistics specialist achieved a record order intake of 1.39 billion euros, while global sales rose to 1.23 billion euros after 1.15 billion euros in the previous year. Instead of focusing on short-term profit maximisation, the family-run company with around 5,700 employees focuses on sustainable growth, quality leadership, innovative strength and a broad international positioning.<\/p>\n<p>The corporate culture is characterised by four core values - reliable, down-to-earth, ambitious and collaborative. According to the company, these values form the basis for stable customer relationships and a high level of employee loyalty and are also reflected in the development of the business figures. Beumer invests in new technologies, digital business models and the further development of its portfolio. For example, the companies Codept and Elara, which were created in the in-house company builder Beam, were integrated into the Group and are now strengthening the digital offering. At the same time, BG.evolution in Dortmund is developing digital solutions around the existing product and system portfolio in the Digital.Hub Logistics environment and in collaboration with universities and research institutions. The aim of the internal Innovation &amp; Development department is to develop at least one pioneering innovation per year.<\/p>\n<p>Since its foundation in Beckum in 1935, the Beumer Group has developed from a local machine factory into a global provider of intralogistics systems with around 40 companies. Important steps included internationalisation from the 1960s onwards, technological pioneering work in curved overland belt conveyors and sorting systems as well as the integration of acquired companies such as Crisplant in Denmark, Enexco in India and FAM in Magdeburg. By digitalising its portfolio, Beumer says it wants to build a bridge between tradition and future-oriented solutions.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eNine decades of the Beumer Group stand for the willingness to constantly break new ground and boldly seize opportunities.
