The company thus intends to ensure continuity in management and continue its strategic focus on sustainable growth.

Kosloh has been at the helm of Tricor since 1 July 2023. According to the company, the contract extension builds on the steps taken to date, which range from integration into the Rengo/Tri-Wall Group to investments in new locations and the further sharpening of the business model for industrial packaging solutions. The Supervisory Board refers to the manager's industry experience and his role in focussing on efficiency and sustainability.

Continuity in a phase of upheaval

The company management sees Tricor in a market environment that is characterised by changes in the value chains, such as electromobility and stricter sustainability requirements. Kosloh sees these developments as challenges that also open up opportunities for new packaging concepts. According to the company, his extended term of office represents a long-term course aimed at stable customer relationships and the expansion of the European network.

The Supervisory Board emphasises that under Kosloh's responsibility, integration into the international packaging group has been deepened and the basis for further investments has been created. This includes, in particular, the new site in Goch, which is intended to contribute to strengthening the cost position within the Group.

Focus on sustainable packaging systems and cost leadership

Kosloh has defined three key levers for the coming years: firstly, Tricor is relying on the expertise, innovative strength and experience of its workforce to develop customised packaging solutions. Secondly, according to the company, the focus is on sustainable packaging systems based on modern technologies, which are supported by the company's own mechanical engineering. Thirdly, cost leadership is to be further consolidated, among other things by expanding the Goch site within the Group.

Tricor sees itself as a provider of customised, multi-material packaging systems for industrial applications. The group has been part of the globally active Rengo/Tri-Wall Group from Japan since 2019 and serves customers from the automotive, chemical and food industries as well as the electronics, renewable energy, mechanical engineering, medical and measurement and control technology sectors, among others. According to the company, the packaging specialist based in Bad Wörishofen employs around 2,100 people at 17 locations in Germany, the Czech Republic and Slovenia.

Source: Tricor

Tricor verlängert den Vertrag von CEO Philipp Kosloh bis 2031 und setzt auf Kontinuität, nachhaltige Verpackungssysteme und Kostenführerschaft im Industriegeschäft.
[112
43,60749,32,59464,61012
0":"post-109684","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-personen","8":"tag-aus-den-unternehmen","9":"tag-industrieverpackungen","10":"tag-packmittel-und-packstoffe","11":"tag-personen","12":"tag-tricor","13":"cs-entry","14":"cs-video-wrap
["GET
