The global flexible packaging manufacturer is thus expanding its market presence and its portfolio in the area of sustainable and material science-based solutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The transaction, which is subject to shareholder approval and regulatory approvals, is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026. TCP generated sales of around USD 1.2 billion in the twelve months to July 2025. The company operates 25 plants in North and Latin America, the United Kingdom and New Zealand and is active in numerous packaging segments, including dairy, meat, medical applications and pharmaceuticals.<\/p>\n<h3>Expansion of technological expertise and new markets<\/h3>\n<p>ProAmpac emphasises that TCP should further accelerate the development of sustainable packaging solutions - including barrier films, mono-material structures and fibre-based concepts. TCP will enable ProAmpac to expand its market segments and strengthen its regional footprint.
