According to the company, the acquisition expands its industrial base and drives forward the Group's European expansion strategy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Plasticbag employs around 30 people, generates an annual turnover of 10 to 11 million euros and processes around 6,000 tonnes of recycled raw materials. Founded in 2015, the company has fully integrated production - from film extrusion to packaging - and focusses on solutions made purely from recycled materials.<\/p>\n<h3>Expansion of capacities for the professional sector<\/h3>\n<p>With the integration, Sphere Espa\u00f1a is strengthening its position in growing professional segments such as catering, cleaning, healthcare and industry.
